Mr. Prabath Guruge
Chairman
Mr. Prabath Guruge is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and engineering specialist with over 20 years of industry experience. As the founder of Everbolt Group, he has proven experience in developing profitable business strategies and implementing a clear vision. He possesses analytical skills, marketing expertise, and a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing strategy. With an MBA from the UK and an IETI Electrical (Special) certification, Mr. Prabath Guruge brings a unique combination of academic knowledge and practical experience to his role as Chairman.
Miss. Sulochana Visakesa
Chief Executive Officer
Miss. Sulochana Visakesa is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the industrial automation industry, she holds a Bsc, BA (USJ), and MBA (UK) degrees. She primarily focuses on driving business development and success through strategic planning and effective oversight of operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals. As such she is a highly skilled and results-driven leader with a track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Her industrial automation expertise and extensive educational background allow her to provide innovative solutions and industry-leading strategies that drive long-term growth and success.
Mr. Rajitha Disanayake
Operation Manager
Mr. Rajitha graduated with, a Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in HRM, both from Landon Tec City Campus. With this experience and education, he possesses strong skills in managing and planning different sides of how the business should operate making sure the long-term profitability of the business is being maintained. Overall, he is a qualified and experienced Operation Manager.

Mr. Hashan Fonseka is a Chartered Marketer with a PgDipM (SL), ACIM (UK) certification and a Certified Professional Marketer in Asia Pacific, boasting a decade of experience in the industry. His expertise lies in business strategy, B2B sales, lead generation, content and advertising, and international business management. As such he is a highly skilled professional dedicated to delivering results and driving success for his clients.
Miss. R.R.Dilrukshi
Manager - Finance
Miss. Dilrukshi with 3 years of experience in the field of auditing and taxation, having worked at a reputed audit firm and 3 years of experience at Everbolt Engineering. She holds a professional qualification as a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, while also being at the final level of the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka).
Mr. Kumuditha Kalpage
Manager - Sales & Marketing
Mr. Kumuditha is a qualified professional with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kelaniya and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from SLIM. He is an Ordinary member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. He has also completed courses in Digital Marketing, having been awarded the P.Dip (Digital Marketing) and Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) status offered by the APIDM. With 17 years of industry experience, He possesses skills in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, and Compressed Air Systems.
Mr. Uditha Prabath
Electrical Engineer
Uditha Prabath is an experienced electrical engineer with a pre-retinal qualification, B.Sc (UOC), NDT (UOM), AMIIESL, and ECSL. He has a wealth of expertise in a variety of areas including electrical troubleshooting, computer-aided design (CAD), power transmission, electrical engineering, electrical wiring, power electronics, automation, variable frequency drives, electrical panel design, control panel design, and PLC programming. With five years of industry experience, he has proven himself to be a reliable and knowledgeable engineer who can handle complex projects with ease.
