Welcome to Everpulse! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Everpulse mobile application (the “App”), owned and operated by Everbolt Engineering (Pvt) Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • Everpulse is designed to provide engineering-related calculations, product search, news, promotions, and direct contact features.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must not misuse the App by attempting to interfere with its functionality, reverse-engineer its code, or use it in ways that could harm us or other users.

2. User Accounts & Information

  • Some features may require you to provide your email address. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and any activity carried out using your account or email.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

  • By using Everpulse, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may collect your email, device type, and location to provide better services and personalized experiences.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Everbolt Engineering (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent from us.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Everpulse may use third-party services such as Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
  • We are not responsible for the terms or practices of third-party providers.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use the App for fraudulent activities, unauthorized data collection, or distribution of harmful content.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use the App’s features, including calculations and product-related information.

8. Termination of Use

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Children’s Use

  • Everpulse may be used by individuals under 16, but parental or guardian supervision is encouraged.
  • If you are under 13, you must have parental consent to use features requiring personal information.

10. Updates and Changes

  • We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka (or your local jurisdiction if required by app store compliance).
