Return & Refund Policy​

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through the Everpulse mobile application and website (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Everbolt Engineering (Pvt) Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to:

  • Physical engineering, electrical, automation, and industrial products sold through Everpulse
  • Promotional or discounted items, unless stated otherwise

This Policy does not apply to:

  • Services, consultations, subscriptions, or digital-only content
  • Products purchased outside the Everpulse platform

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, unenergized, and undamaged
  • The product is returned in original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and labels
  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

The “date of delivery” refers to the date recorded as delivered by our logistics partner.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products
  • Electrical or electronic items that have been installed, energized, programmed, or altered
  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, handling, or storage
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Products returned without original packaging or with missing components
  • Services, consultations, or digital-only products

4. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email 📧 it@everbolt.lk within the eligible return period
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

All return requests are subject to review and approval.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds (PayHere-Compliant)

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

Refund Method

  • Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the same payment method (card, wallet, or bank account) used to initiate the original payment, in accordance with PayHere policies
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, at our discretion

Refund Exclusions

Refund amounts may exclude:

  • Delivery, handling, or restocking charges
  • Bank or payment gateway fees, where applicable

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are subject to product condition and stock availability
  • Any price difference must be settled before dispatch

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery, or
  • Incorrect compared to your order

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to availability.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item)
  • In such cases, we will provide appropriate return instructions or shipping support

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from delayed deliveries, incorrect installations, or misuse of products
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased through the Platform

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.

Any changes will become effective upon posting on the Platform with an updated effective date.
